2. Products & Services

We sell clothing products, including plain apparel, limited edition apparel, and custom print products.

We try our best to display product information, colours, sizing, materials, and images as accurately as possible. However, product colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, photography, or production differences.

Product measurements may also vary slightly due to manual measurement or production tolerance. Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

3. Custom Print Orders

For custom print orders, customers are responsible for providing the correct artwork, design, size, placement, colour, wording, and printing details.

Before production, we may provide a mockup or preview for confirmation. Mockups are for visual reference only and may not be 100% identical to the final printed product due to screen colour differences, CMYK printing differences, fabric type, shirt size, and printing limitations.

Once a custom print order is confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is defective due to our mistake.

We reserve the right to reject any custom print request that contains offensive, illegal, harmful, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.

4. Customer Artwork & Copyright

By submitting artwork, logos, images, text, or designs to us for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to use the content or have obtained permission from the rightful owner.

We are not responsible for any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or legal issues caused by artwork provided by the customer.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages caused by the use of artwork or content submitted by you.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, WhatsApp, or through our website system. This confirmation means we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is an issue with stock, pricing, payment, or product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if:

The product is out of stock
Payment is not completed
Product information or pricing is incorrect
The order appears suspicious or fraudulent
The custom print request is not suitable for production
The customer provides incomplete or incorrect information

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will arrange a refund according to our refund process.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) , unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice. The final price payable will be shown at checkout before payment is made.

Customers are responsible for checking all order details before making payment, including product type, colour, size, quantity, shipping address, and custom print details.

We accept payment through the payment methods shown at checkout.

Your order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to West Malaysia only.

Estimated processing time:

Ready stock items: 1–2 working days
Custom print items: 3–5 working days

Delivery time is an estimate only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, peak seasons, incorrect shipping details, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, missing parcels, or extra shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the delivery process will be handled by the courier company. However, we will assist customers where reasonably possible if there is a delivery issue.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customers must inspect their order after receiving it.

If you receive a wrong item, defective item, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please provide:

Order number
Clear photo or video of the item
Photo of the packaging
Description of the issue

Returns or exchanges may be rejected if:

The item has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
The item is not in its original condition
The request is made after the return period
The issue is caused by wrong size selection, wrong colour selection, or change of mind
The item is a custom print product and production followed the confirmed details

Custom print items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable unless the mistake is caused by us.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item received is defective, damaged, or materially different from your order due to our mistake, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or other suitable solution.

We may request the item to be returned before approving an exchange or refund.

If the defect or mistake is confirmed to be caused by us, we will bear the reasonable return or redelivery cost.

10. Size & Colour Disclaimer

Please check the size chart carefully before placing an order. Different products may have different cutting, fit, and measurements.

There may be slight measurement differences due to manual measurement or production tolerance.

Product colour may slightly differ from the photos due to lighting, screen display, camera settings, fabric batch, or printing process.

For printed products, print colour may slightly differ from the digital mockup due to printing method, fabric colour, fabric texture, and CMYK colour output.

11. Promotions, Discounts & Limited Edition Products

Promotions, discounts, vouchers, and limited edition products may be subject to additional terms.

We reserve the right to change, extend, cancel, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Discount codes must be applied before checkout. We are unable to apply discount codes after an order has been placed, unless we agree otherwise.

Limited edition products are available while stocks last.

12. Product Care

Customers should follow the recommended care instructions for each product.

For printed apparel, we recommend:

Wash inside out
Use mild detergent
Do not bleach
Do not iron directly on print
Do not tumble dry on high heat
Avoid harsh washing methods

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing, drying, or handling.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

You must not attempt to hack, damage, disrupt, copy, or interfere with the website, payment system, or customer data.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to users who misuse the website.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product photos, text, logo, graphics, designs, layout, and branding, belongs to us or our content providers unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, edit, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural disasters, accidents, system failures, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, supply issues, or other unexpected events.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
